Attention all seniors! Anyone wishing to be considered for homecoming king and queen needs to arrive at prom by 8:15. Voting will begin at 8:30.
Prom attendees: Shannon Bridges will be our photographer this year. The first picture will be $5. All others will be free.
Shannon will send pictures to you digitally, and you will be responsible for printing them.
Order your 2020 LION yearbook before it is too late. We have extended our deadline until Thursday, June 11. The cost is $40, and no orders will be accepted after the 11th. You may place your order at jostensyearbooks.com or by calling 1-877-767-5217. If Jostens sends any overrun books in our yearbook shipment, the cost will be $50. (Last year we received four books in overrun.) No books will be held. Any extras will be first pay, first receive.
Any Juniors who can work on prom decorations Friday, June 5th, 10-2 in the art room, please come!
Hey! So prom is set! Could you please share this info with the juniors and seniors?
June 12th from 7:30-10pm at the pavilion. We are still going with the roaring 20's theme.
These are the questions I've been asked already with the answers.
1. Why so soon?
The reason for that date is because summer ball starts the next weekend.
2. Will it still be formal?
I say every come with what they've got. If you've got formal, wear it. If not, we all understand and don't care. We just want to see people and share the experience!
(From Grace) Hey guys I don't know if any of you had a dress rental with PJs but I just called them and they are allowing me to still rent the dress and have it in the Pavilion even though it's going to be outside if they have everyone's measurements and are totally open to the idea of giving you the dress without paying anymore.
3. How do I get a new prom date approved?
Mr Byrd said that anyone who needs to clear a date should just call him and give him the info.

Summer school for kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade will be July 6-31. You must call the elementary office between 9 am and 2 pm to enroll by June 12, 2020.
