Something for everyone will be offered!
High School: Sign up for Driver's Ed (age 15 or older) or Credit Recovery
*If your student needs A+ tutoring, contact Mrs. Guffey for summer placement*
Middle School: Vocational Offerings or Credit Recovery
One week: Careers in Science and the Medical Field
One week: AG--learn to change a tire, check oil, basic welding, greenhouse, woodworking
One week: FACS--learn to prepare and preserve food, Food safety, meal planning, and MUCH more
One week: Business--do projects such as making/printing/designing T-shirts, writing code, producing video content, AND MUCH MORE
Elementary: Fun classes to help us catch up! Lots of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) activities! We will also provide remediation for students who need it, but they will still be involved in fun activities!
Field trips every Friday for elementary students.
EVERYONE (all grade levels) with PERFECT attendance will go to Silver Dollar City on the Last DAY! Students must attend every day to go on the final field trip on June 30.

Reminder: The FFA plant sale starts today after school until 7pm. I will also have it open tomorrow from 9am-noon.

Attached is the HS information for the School of the Ozarks meet on Friday April 9th, 2021. Notice in the attachment that College of the Ozarks requires masks and does not allow spectators. We will be leaving the school around 12:30, after lunch.

FFA Plant Sale Friday, April 9th after school until 7pm and on Saturday, April 10th, from 9am-Noon. Vegetables, Flowers, and Hanging Baskets.


Bakersfield will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week Tuesday, April 6-9

West Plains Open meet information and times:


Track will be leaving the school at 1:45 tomorrow (Tuesday March 30th) for the West Plains track meet. West Plains requires masks to be worn unless the athlete is warming up or competing.

Baseball at Thayer today is canceled, too wet.

5th & 6th basketball @ Dora with a 4:30 start today. Order of games: 5th girls, 5th boys, 6th girls and 6th boys. Go Lions!

Come on out tonight to Bakersfield School from 5:00-7:00 for the Science Fair, Art Show, and Culture Night. Enjoy the talents and creativity of our students, learn about different countries, and sample some Ethnic Cuisine. Please wear your mask.
