4th grade is studying inherited traits...for example a spider's web building instincts. Students used their engineering skills to design their own spiderwebs.
Mrs. Tiller is not only a great math teacher, she is dominating in timed math challenges!
8th grade "discovered" the Pythagorean Theorem today using Cheez-its to create squares, and then using those squares to make a right triangle. Students then found the relationship between the length of the sides and the number of Cheez-its in each square. They had a blast!

7A used this week's lesson on Fundamental Counting Principle to find the number of different sandwiches that can be made at Subway using one bread, one cheese, one meat, one topping, and one condiment. They were shocked when finding their answers!
