4th grade has been studying about what happens to our trash after we throw it away. They learned some of it finds its way to the ocean, where it can have a serious effect on the wildlife. Ask a 4th grader what they have learned. Below are 4th grade students using what they have learned about biomedical engineering to design prosthetics for injured marine wildlife.
Thank you to Mr. Gary Richardson for coming and speaking to the 4th grade about what happens to our trash after we throw it away. He shared many interesting facts, discussed the importance of recycling, and even gave us valuable information to help us get started on a recycling project of our own.

Please do not wait until last minute to turn them in, especially if I have to complete information on the application such as comments or letters of recommendations. I know The Matthew England and MFA are examples of this. 😊
