The FCCLA officers had a great time at state! It was held at Tan-Tar-A in Osage Beach, and though we had no one competing, we still learned some things!
To all parents/guardians of Spanish students who will be going to the World Languages Showcase on March 27th, I am attaching a Likeness Release form that the university just sent to me. Please print and sign the form if you are okay with your student's picture possibly being used. I will also send home forms on Tuesday, but I thought it might be a good idea to get it to you now if possible.

Culture Night was last night and there was so much to see! Mrs Pickle's Foods class made "monuments' from different countries out of food and the sewing class displayed a school quilt that is not quite finished. Proud of all these kids!

Today Mrs. Ehrhart’s Psychology Class spoke to the middle school students regarding Bullying and Cyberbullying. These students done an amazing job. With their presentations. Tomorrow they will be speaking with the fourth grade.

Students are planting vegetable seeds in the greenhouse. We will be selling tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, peppers,and Boston Ferns this spring for any community members that are interested.
FBLA is hosting a lock-in for the elementary this Friday night in the high school gym! What kind of fun is in store you might wonder? We will be hosting a magic show, scavenger hunt, and playing minute it to win games. Pizza, subway, and dirt cake are on the menu too!

4th grade has been studying about what happens to our trash after we throw it away. They learned some of it finds its way to the ocean, where it can have a serious effect on the wildlife.
