One of our heating units on the gym caught on fire. ALL STUDENTS ARE SAFE. Middle and High school students are inside the cafeteria until fire department clears the area. More information will come later.

Congratulations to Ryder Black, Natalie Durham, Ysabella Tello, Micaela Williams, and Allie Hollingshad for winning $2500 and qualifying as state finalist with their engineering project "Astronomy for the Blind." These girls are now advancing to the next prize level as they compete against some of the brightest students in our state in the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow competition.

Bakersfield High School FCCLA are selling Cookies for Santa. Cookies will be ordered by December 11 and delivered on December 20. Boxes will include 6 round cookies, frosting, and sprinkles. The price is $7.00 per box or 2 for $10.00. Order forms for elementary and middle school students will go home today.
FCCLA officers and members attended the Regional Conference in Mountain Grove last week. We heard from a wonderful speaker, played games, and one of our members, Sheyenne Foster, won a gift basket!
