The FACS department had an awesome and very busy Red Ribbon/Halloween week! Four out of six FACS classes had major projects, plus FCCLA had their annual Halloween party and packed and sold 244 Halloween Hands! And in the meantime, high schoolers still like to dress up for Halloween!!!
Thank you to my high school students in Mrs. Pickles class for presenting a skit to the lower elementary students regarding the harmful causes of taking medicine without help from an adult.

Red Ribbon Week Activities: MoDOT sponsored the Arrive Alive Tour for Bakersfield students. Great opportunity and lesson for our students.
Red Ribbon Week contest winners: Elementary Bicycle Winners are 1st grade Brooks Dunnihoo and 3rd grade Letty Fienhold. Middle School T-Shirt design winners 1st place Rylee Tandy 2nd place Isabella Tello, Cruz Murphy, and Wesley Shrable 3rd place Zaylan Tackitt and Logan Russell. High School t-shirt design winners: 1st place Rebeka Deluna, 2nd place Shaelyn Foster, 3rd place Bianca Colon. Grand prize winner is Haidyn Kaiser
